Our commitment
Apricity Solutions is committed to providing information and services that are accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We aim to ensure that people with a disability can access and use our content, including where they use assistive technologies (such as screen readers, magnifiers, voice input, or alternative keyboards).
Standards we aim to meet
We aim to meet the latest applicable version of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) at Level AA, across relevant pages, user journeys, and key documents where reasonably practicable. We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing effort and we will continue to improve our digital content and services as standards, technology, and user needs evolve.
Conformance
Where Apricity Solutions states that content “conforms” to WCAG, this refers to conformance as defined by WCAG, which is assessed against the relevant success criteria and applies to full pages and complete processes within scope.
'Conformance' is only referenced where explicitly applicable and able to be validated with appropriate evidence.
Scope
This statement applies to:
- Our website(s): https://www.apricitysolutions.com.au
- Our digital documents and publications that we create or control (for example: PDFs, forms, and downloadable resources)

Where this statement is included in commercial or legal documentation, it should be read as applying to the relevant services, websites, and documents provided under that agreement, unless stated otherwise.
Our approach and continuous improvement
We work to improve accessibility through a combination of:
- considering accessibility during design and content creation
- periodic reviews and testing (which may include automated checks and human evaluation)
- prioritising fixes that impact critical content, transactions, and common user journeys
We recognise that conformance to WCAG is assessed against defined success criteria and typically involves both automated testing and human evaluation. Where appropriate, we also consider usability testing, including feedback from people with disability.
Known limitations and third-party content
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. This may include:
- legacy pages or files created before accessibility improvements were implemented
- documents or materials provided by third parties that we publish as received
- third‑party platforms, embedded content, plugins, or integrations that are not fully under our control
Where we become aware of accessibility barriers, we will take reasonable steps to address them or provide accessible alternatives.
